Extreme Flow

More challenging version of the traditional Power Yoga that includes longer holds in postures, faster-paced flows, and sequences that require greater coordination and balance.

Combine free weights with yoga flow sequencing and cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-building moves like bicep curls and squats. 

Recondition

Challenging yet accessible upbeat yoga flow sequence. Layering in intentional yoga postures and holds, the class is designed to give your body and mind the space to realign and recondition.

Combination of yoga movement with a focus on core, strength and cardio. Increase your heart rate, strengthen your body and clear your mind for a total body experience.

Slow Flow

Slower paced flow focused on muscle recovery, breath work and body restoration. Our red light infrared heated room will assist in stretching your muscles deeper while also supporting in nervous system regulation.

Yin & Yang Yoga

Pilates

Pilates is a challenging low impact exercise designed to improve overall strength, mobility, alignment and control. You can expect the use of mixed equipment to add an athletic flare to the traditional Pilates practice.

Pilates Fusion

With a focus on the glutes and abs, this pilates is paired with dynamic movements such as squats, deadlifts, lunges in addition to slow, controlled movements to deepen mind-body connection.

Sculpt

Sculpt Fusion

Combination of traditional mat Pilates movements and full body toning exercises. Through creative flows and sequences. Fire up your core, while working on elongating and sculpting your muscles.

Faster pace hybrid style class that focuses on strength, stability and mobility. You can expect to elevate your heart rate as you work through dynamic movements using a kettle bell.
