What is LOVE?
LOVE is an infrared studio that combines movement, mindfulness, and the healing power of infrared heat. Our classes focus on slow, intentional exercises such as yoga, Pilates, and stretching to help detoxify the body, improve flexibility, and promote deep relaxation. LOVE is also perfect for active recovery days, offering a gentler way to restore your body while still staying active. As the sister studio to VISION — our high-intensity interval training (HIIT) space —LOVE complements intense workouts by providing a sanctuary for recovery, balance, and self-care.
What is the story behind LOVE?
LOVE was born from Charles’s, the owners, life journey, particularly the challenges he and his mother faced after the loss of his father when Charles was just 7 years old. This profound loss came with immense difficulties, from emotional struggles to financial hardship. Through this adversity, the idea for LOVE was conceived, as Charles sought to create a space that would offer others the kind of healing and support that he and his mother had needed.
What is infrared heat and how does it benefit me?
Infrared heat warms the body directly, rather than heating the air around you. This allows for a more comfortable, relaxing heat that helps:

What are the temperatures of each class?
Warm classes are conducted at temperatures ranging from 80 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit, while heated classes are set at temperatures above 92 degrees Fahrenheit.

Is LOVE suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! LOVE is designed for all fitness levels. Our classes cater to everyone, and our instructors offer modifications for beginners as well as amplifications for more advanced participants. If you’re new to heated classes, the heat may take some time to get used to, so we recommend starting with a warm class before progressing to hotter sessions.
What should I wear to a LOVE class?
We recommend wearing light, moisture-wicking clothing like yoga pants, shorts, and a tank top or sports bra. With the infrared heat causing you to sweat, it’s best to choose breathable fabrics that allow for comfortable movement. While sports bras are allowed, removing your shirt during class is not permitted. If you need new gear, we also offer Lululemon-branded apparel for purchase in the studio!
What should I bring to a LOVE class?
You’ll need a yoga mat, but you can also rent one for $5. Be sure to bring a towel and a water bottle; we have a water fountain where you can refill your bottle. Some of our members also like to bring grippy socks for added traction during class.
How do I check in to a class?
To check in for class, simply find your name on the roster displayed on the iPad located to your right as you enter. If you don’t see your name or need assistance, feel free to ask an instructor for help.
General Questions
Is parking available?
Parking is available in the lots on both the left and right sides of the studio. Additionally, free street parking is also an option for your convenience.
What is your late cancellation / no show policy?
You must cancel your class at least 7 hours before the start time. If you cancel late or do not show up, a fee of $20 will be charged. However, if you are on our premium membership, you are entitled to one waiver per quarter. In case of emergencies, please email us at [email protected] so we can assist you with an early cancellation.
Is there a waitlist?
Yes! If a class is fully booked, you can join the waitlist through our app. You’ll be notified automatically if a spot becomes available. The waitlist tends to move quickly, so if you decide not to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist to free up space for others.
Can I take back to back classes at LOVE?
No, back-to-back classes are not permitted at LOVE. This policy is in place for safety reasons, as the infrared heat can lead to dehydration and fatigue. We prioritize your well-being and recommend allowing your body adequate time to recover between classes to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. Your safety is our top priority.
How do I book classes?
To book classes, download our app called “Momence” from the Apple App Store for iOS devices or from the Google Play Store for Android devices. If you need assistance with the booking process, our customer service representatives can help you manually book classes. You can also reach out to our hotline at 484-379-6469 for support.
Can I take classes if I am pregnant?
We recommend consulting with your doctor before participating in any classes. Your healthcare provider can provide guidance on what types of exercise are safe for you during pregnancy.
Do you have showers?
While LOVE does not have showers, our sister studio, VISION, located right next door, offers shower facilities that you are welcome to use if needed.
Can I do LOVE and Vision on the same day?
Yes, we encourage it! Many of our members enjoy taking classes at both LOVE and Vision on the same day, and we support this combination for a well-rounded fitness experience.
Do you have personal training or private sessions?
Yes, we offer personal training sessions with any of our amazing instructors, who are dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals. In addition to personal training, we also provide options for private parties and venue spaces for special events. Whether you’re looking for a personalized workout experience or a unique setting for a group gathering, we’re here to accommodate your needs.
Do you have virtual classes, retreats, or YTT training?
Yes! We are excited to announce that virtual classes, retreats, and Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) will be available soon. Stay tuned for updates as we roll out these offerings to enhance your fitness journey!

What membership options do you offer?
We offer a variety of membership options to meet your needs:
- 6-Month and 12-Month Committed Unlimited Memberships: Enjoy unlimited access to our classes at discounted rates with these memberships.
- Rolling 8 Membership: Perfect for those who wish to take two classes per week, this option provides flexibility while allowing you to enjoy our offerings.

Is there a trial membership for new members?
Yes! We offer a $14 for 14-Day Trial, which provides unlimited access to all of our amazing classes for two weeks. Please note that this trial will automatically renew into our premium membership at the end of the trial period, allowing you to continue enjoying all the benefits without interruption. Do you have memberships that include Vision?
Yes! We offer 6-Month and 12-Month Vision & LOVE Memberships, which provide unlimited access to classes at both studios. This includes a variety of classes at Vision, such as HIIT, strength training, resistance and conditioning workouts, and boxing classes. Enjoy the best of both worlds with this membership option!
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. However, if you wish to downgrade from a committed membership, you will only be eligible to do so within the first 60 days of your membership.
How do I cancel my membership?
To cancel your membership, you must fulfill your commitment and provide a 30-day notice. You can initiate the cancellation process by emailing us at [email protected]. or by contacting our customer service hotline at 484-379-6469.
Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, you can freeze your membership once every 6 months for a maximum of 3 months. The first month of the freeze is free, while the next two months will incur a fee of $15 each. If you are pregnant or have a medical reason, you can freeze your membership without a maximum duration free of charge, provided you have a doctor’s note.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer various discounts, including 10% off for healthcare workers, students, teachers, military personnel, veterans, and immediate family members.
Can I bring a friend to class with me?
Yes! If you are on our premium membership, you can bring a friend for free once a month. We love meeting your friends and loved ones! Additionally, drop-in options are also available for those who want to join a class without a membership.
LOVE Studio Policies
Please read our studio policies before attending class
Arrive on Time:
- Please arrive a few minutes before the class starts to settle in and prepare for your practice. Late entry can disrupt the class and the concentration of
others. Doors may lock 5 minutes after class begins.
Pre-class must do’s
- Leave your shoes, silenced cell phone and personal belongings at the door!
Cell phones & Electronics
- Leave your cellphone in a cubby. In the event you must have it, place face down under a towel. If wearing a smartwatch, please minimize engagement with device to reduce distractions. Laptop usage is not permitted in the studio.
Mindful Conversation:
- Keep conversations quiet and to a minimum in the studio space. This allows everyone to maintain focus and cultivate inner peace.
- Respect Others Space: Align your mat with the marked lines on the floor to maximize space for everyone! Your instructor can help you navigate the space if you have questions.
Maintain Personal Hygiene:
- To ensure a comfortable experience for everyone, please practice good personal hygiene and arrive with clean attire. Avoid strong scents,
including perfumes or colognes, as some participants may be sensitive or allergic.
Males Keeping Shirts in Place:
- For male participants, it is required to keep shirts in place throughout the practice.
Stay for Savasana:
- Savasana (final relaxation) is an integral part of the practice. If possible, remain in the studio until the instructor concludes the class. If you need to leave early, inform the instructor beforehand and exit quietly.
Clean Up:
- Please wipe down and stow away any props used during class. Keep the studio tidy and ready for the next session.
Safety Considerations:
- Ensure you arrive to class well-hydrated.
- Members are not permitted to book back-to-back classes in LOVE
- If you are pregnant or have health concerns relative to the heat, please consult with your doctor before attending class.
